Come on by to try some adaptive sports! Ability360 Sports and Fitness will have equipment and staff on hand to allow you to demo a variety of sports like golf, rowing and more. You'll watch an actual wheelchair football clinic on Saturday from 11:30 to 1:30. You'll even get to check out adaptive off-roading vehicles like the TerrainHopper and Lasher Cycles! Adaptive Climbing Wall

Discover adaptive climbing! A sport that's open to people of ALL abilities! Plus, meet the best person to learn adaptive climbing from - Mark Wellman of No Limits! Mark has a spinal cord injury (SCI) and is an adventure athlete, speaker, and author. Come climb the wall using Mark's innovative adaptive climbing techniques and gear! Learn about climbing's benefits: building confidence, developing goal-setting skills, increasing strength, and improving flexibility. It's fun! Mark is a former Paralympian and Park Ranger. He is the first paraplegic to summit El Capitan and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park. He dedicates his time to improving the quality of life for adults and children with disabilities including disabled war veterans.

Adaptive Climbing Wall

Hosted by Emmy Award winning TV host, motivational speaker & stroke survivor, Christopher Ewing, these daily support groups are designed to provide helpful information, as well as an opportunity to connect with others who may have a physical or mental challenge. Stroke Support Group
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 11:30 am
Strokes can happen at any age, sometimes without warning. This support group session is for stroke survivors to be able to discuss
with other stroke survivors some of the challenges, as well as the breakthroughs, they have experienced on their path towards
recovery. This session is also open to those who would like to learn more about the signs and risks of stroke.

Caregivers Support Group
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 1:30pm
Caregivers need support, too. This support group session is open to all caregivers, so if you are a caregiver for someone who suffers
from stroke, Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's, Autism, a spinal cord injury, or any physical or mental challenge, then this support
group is for you!

This support group session is for anyone dealing with a physical or mental challenge who would like to have an open forum and discuss any of the challenges they may be facing, share any of their triumphs, or offer words of encouragement and advice to others!

To get started in rowing you begin by using rowing ergometers – off-water rowing machines. Come try rowing "ergs" and adaptive seat equipment. Learn some basic rowing techniques and find out how rowing can benefit you through developing muscle and stamina.  Whether you decide to row on the water or not, rowing is a sport that is accessible for many people. Discover the new sport of Adaptive Cheer/ParaCheer! Adaptive Cheer/ParaCheer brings two kinds of athletes together: those with disabilities (or "with limitations," according to USA Cheer) and those without. Cheerleading, by nature, pushes boundaries and questions limitations, and these athletes are doing just that, modifying stunts, and adjusting routines to create something new. ParaCheer Spirit Wolves will showcase their skills with a demonstration. Then you are invited to try it for yourselves with the US Nationals Team! Bring your cheer!
