Alison (Ali) Cupito is the Senior Manager & Talent Strategist Global Inclusion & Diversity at Accenture.

Ali is part of the Global Inclusion Diversity Center of Expertise in Human Resources. She is responsible for activating key stakeholders across the firm to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity through inclusion and belonging initiatives. She enables the firm’s client account HR leads, services leads and marketing and communications organization to scale programs such as leadership development, learning initiatives and the Allies in Action experience. She is also a strategic advisor and founder of the US Mental Health Allies program, part of the US Mental Wellness ERG and has worked at Accenture for 13 years. In January 2020, Ali became the first Global Mental Health Program lead at Accenture. She was responsible for building mental health awareness, reducing stigma and providing peer-to-peer support through training, the latest digital wellness resources and managing our network of now more than 24,000 trained mental health allies across the globe. She successfully onboarded Calm, Thrive Global and Wysa with access to all 750,000 employees and their dependents, free of charge to support mental wellbeing.

Prior to joining Human Resources, Ali worked in Corporate Marketing + Communications at Accenture for seven years, supporting Global Inclusion and Diversity priorities internally and externally. She has been a keynote speaker and panelist at Southwest Airlines, JCPenney, Disability:IN, Better UP’s Podcast and Bristol Meyers-Squibb. Prior to Accenture, Ali worked for Burson-Marsteller (now Burson), a global public relations firm for eleven years. She was responsible for developing, managing and executing communications programs designed to drive strategic business objectives, influence key stakeholders and maintain a positive perception for clients in the government and corporate sector. She developed expertise around implementing internal, external and digital strategies for several global corporations. In 2012 Ali took a six-month sabbatical to travel through South America during her transition back to the U.S. from a two-year assignment Singapore. She loves food, wine and adventures, and has traveled to more than 25 countries across four continents. A Texas native, Ali grew up all over the U.S. as a military “brat” and studied public relations and business foundations at The University of Texas at Austin. She currently lives in Frisco, Texas with her two sons and two fur babies.
