This enables users to put on underwear, shorts or pants, without needing to bend at the waist. This tool would be useful for such a wide array of people from those that have undergone hip, knee or back surgery to people that have had a stroke, have MS or any condition that impairs balance and strength. It can be used sitting or standing and encourages independent dressing.
