Life throws every one of us challenges at some point in our lives, which affect us emotionally, mentally, spiritually, or all of the above. Unfortunately, people with disabilities face many more challenges and even harder challenges than non-disabled people. In this workshop, I will teach you my personal special techniques for how to handle mental health and think positively when you are facing changes to help you through challenges without them affecting you.
