The Texas Technology Access Program (TTAP) is the state assistive technology (AT) program. AT is tech that helps people with disabilties do what they want to do. We are a federally funded program and offer a variety of services including device loan, demonstration, recycle/reuse DME, alternative financing, and education/training.
