We are always interested in proposals people who would like to speak at Abilities Expo shows.

See the list below to check availability on the programs for Abilities Expo shows happening in the next 12 months. Every effort is made to ensure that this webpage is up to date, but please be aware that the program for each show can fill quickly.

The planning schedule for Abilities Expo show programs is:

• 1 year prior - Program planning begins.
• 6 months prior - Programs are typically full by 6 months prior to a show.
• 4 months prior - Schedule is finalized.
• 3 months prior - Program is published.
• Proposals to be considered for a show's waitlist and the next year's show are always welcome.

NY Metro 2023

• Workshops: Schedule is full. Accepting proposals for the waitlist.
