If you are looking for work experience in the fast-paced event industry, or would just like to help the disability community, why not consider volunteering at our event? We have a variety of positions including:
Front-of-House: These volunteers represent the face of the show. In this position, you will greet visitors and hand out show bags and show guides, and help attendees complete the registration form. Volunteers may also be asked provide information to visitors regarding parking, restrooms and snack bars.
Customer Surveys: Volunteers will facilitate our customer exit survey.
Workshop/Event Coordinators: Volunteers will provide on-site assistance to guest speakers including technical AV support.
Personal Care Service Attendant: Assist guests during show hours with their personal needs such as rest room assistance, filling out forms, escorting them around the show floor, etc.
Runners/Rollers: Volunteers will responsible for a variety of services on the show floor.
Admin Support: Working from the show office, volunteers will answer phones, hand out name badges, assist with exhibitor enquiries and more.
Show Floor Assistants: Monitor service dog relief area and any “clean-up in aisle 3.”
