This is not an e-commerce site and we do not collect credit card/billing information through Abilities.com.


The Way We Use Information:

We do not sell or rent any Personally Identifiable Information we collect online. Furthermore, we do not trade, share or otherwise retransmit your personal information for third party promotional purposes. Any Personally Identifiable Information you provide to us will be used to pre-register you for the event, to communicate with you through mail or email regarding future Abilities Expos, to provide you with the Abilities Buzz enewsletter, and to appropriate to trusted exhibitors not for promotional or contact purposes, but for internal data comparison analysis.

From time to time, we may be required to provide Personally Identifiable Information in response to court order, subpoena or government investigation. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. We may release Personally Identifiable Information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Limited Warranty or to protect the rights, property and safety of others and ourselves.

You can register to attend an Abilities Expo or sign up to receive the Abilities Buzz enewsletter through our Site. 

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form.
